A mad murderer terrorizes the teenagers of a high school by killing them – if he catches them preparing for sex – with paper clips, chalk and wooden bookends. At funerals, parades, school balls and soccer games, he looks for his victims. 

When suspicion falls on young Toby, she takes the investigation into her own hands, as everyone involved in the search proves to be completely incompetent.
