Art the Clown is brought to life by a mysterious force. A year later, together with a creepy girl, he haunts Sienna and her brother Jonathan. On his way to the siblings, the sadistic killer clown leaves a brutal trail of horror behind. He kidnaps Jonathan and lures Sienna to a run-down ghost train. There the ultimate showdown takes place.
