Art the clown is brought to life by a mysterious force. A year later, he and a spooky girl haunt Sienna and her brother Jonathan. On his way to the siblings, the sadistic killer clown leaves a brutal trail of terror. He kidnaps Jonathan and lures Sienna to a run-down ghost train. There, the ultimate showdown takes place.
